Highlife singer, Kumi Guitar has spilled out his frustrations as a celeb whose financial standing doesn’t corroborate his status.

The singer is one of the few people who paints a true picture of the struggles he goes through as a singer who is yet to hit mainstream momentum despite being in the industry for over 15years.

Speaking to Graphic Showbiz, the Zylofon Media signee said people often have the erroneous impression that popular people are wealthy but the arrow on the ground points to a different direction altogether.

The Brown Sugar crooner also said aside all this he has to contend with negative stories propagated about his brand spearheaded by the media.

He made it known that, “People see you and think all is well with you because you are popular but the truth is that it is not easy. There have been many times that I have been devastated and hurt about stories and even comments about my person that I know weren’t true”.

“However, it is difficult to stop them because you are a popular figure and everyone feels they have a stake in your life. It can be really frustrating but this is what we have signed ourselves up for so you need to brace yourself and move forward when it happens,” he continued.

Ghanaian acting legend Judas has once again taken shots at billionaire Osei Kwame Despite, calling him a very wicked man.

According to Judas, after all he and the late Santo did for Despite, he has abandoned them after becoming one of the richest men in Ghana.

Judas has taken shots at Despite many times in the past and once again did not hold back as he fired the Peace Fm boss.

I still remember how Santo and I helped Kwame Despite when he was selling cassettes in Kumasi. We gave him the idea to establish a media house and named it Peace FM,” Judas told Evangelist Addai in a video.

After all the help we rendered out to him, he promised to help us by employing us in the media house but he failed us. I personally did a lot for him to become who he is today, yet he has completely abandoned me”. he added.

Judas is on a mission to get help from Osei Kwame Despite. He made similar accusations last year which did not get any response from Despite so he’s trying his luck once again.

If what he’s saying is true he probably just has to accept that and move on. That’s just how life is and people are more often going to betray you when you least expect.
