Thank you for believing in me; Shatta wale expresses gratitude to Beyoncé

The Ghanaian Dancehall maestro, Shatta wale has expressed a heartfelt gratitude to American singer, songwriter, record producer Giselle Knowles-Carter, popularly known in the music scene as Beyoncé in a recent post.

“Thank you My Queen for believing in my talent and giving me a platform to share my good message to the world …God will forever bless you” shatta wale wrote on his official Instagram page.

This short message of appreciation is in relation with the opportunity given to the Artist by Beyoncé to feature on her well recognized project themed, “The Lion King: the gift”; an album on which the American singer featured over 20 artists from the United States, Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, and Cameroon.

Shatta wale has every reason to be grateful because this is one of the biggest projects ever. The artiste has dominated media trends in recent times following the release of the official video of the “already” song which has himself and Major Lazor featured by Beyoncé; initial excepts released generated lots of controversies with many doubting his inclusion in the video shoot with the American star but the release has since given his camp some bragging rights.

Nae-We And Her Nine Priestesses Again Storm Awudome Cemetery To Invoke Curses On Mzbel(WATCH)

Ghanaian musician Mzbel is in trouble as the Ga-traditional priestesses are not allowing her to rest.

For the second time in a week, Nae-We and her nine priestess have invoked curses on Mzbel for defaming them.

They earlier stormed Abeka Junction in Accra to perform a ritual and invoke curses on Mzbel for tagging them as fraudsters.

According to reports, Mzbel has paid them a whopping amount of money to deal with Afia Schwar and stopped her from constantly attacking her but they refused and perhaps holding on the money.

After such revelation, Nae-We and her priestesses haven’t ceased invoking curses on Mzbel.

Comedian Waris Hospitalized (Photo)

Ghanaian comedian Abdul Waris Umaru popularly known as Comedian Waris has been hospitalized.

He shared a photo of himself on his Instagram page in a hospital bed looking very ill.

Come drip sticking to his hand as he lay on the hospital bed bare-chested and looking weak as well.

According to the comedian, they were on set filming a project at Mayera when he suddenly felt weak and also felt the need for medical attention.

Some people who were on the set with him then rushed him to the Faase Community Hospital where he was given medical attention.

Adina breaks down while performing at Rawlings’ vigil [Video]

Ghanaian Songstress, Adina Thembi’s passionate performance of Bryan Adams’ ‘(Everything I Do) I Do It For You’ on the night brought tears to the eyes of the late president’s family.

Although there were a number of other performances on the night, Adina’s time on stage remains the most moving of them all.

Halfway through her rendition of the famous song, Adina couldn’t hold back her own tears.

However, with much effort, the Ghanaian-South African songstress maintained her composure through to the end of her set.

The performance left many in tears, including the wife and children of the late statesman.

The vigil, which was held at the Air Force Officers Mess forms part of the four-day funeral rites being held for former President Rawlings.
