Vodafone Ghana Music Awards- VGMAS Officially Opens Nominations For The 21st Edition

Organizers of the prestigious Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) has unleashed a press statement to notify its cherished audience of the opening of nominations for the 21st edition of the awards scheme.

A Press statement signed by the PRO for the VGMA, George Quaye, indicates that Interested stakeholders are to pick up nomination forms from the offices of Charterhouse Productions Limited, partner radio and TV stations or download from www.ghanamusicawards.com.

Forms can also be filled and submitted online at www.entry.ghanamusicawards.com.

VODAFONE GHANA MUSIC AWARDS OPENS NOMINATIONS

Happy New Year to you and yours from Charterhouse Productions Limited, organizers of the annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Festival.

On behalf of the Board, headline Sponsor, Vodafone and other partners, we are honoured to inform musicians, music industry practitioners and members of the general public that nominations for the 21st edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards are officially open.

The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, since its inception in 2000 has grown to become the biggest event on the Ghanaian Entertainment Calendar, designed among other things, to recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication of the various players in Ghana’s music industry.

Interested stakeholders are by this release encouraged to pick up nomination forms from the offices of Charterhouse Productions Limited, partner radio and TV stations or download from www.ghanamusicawards.com.

Forms can also be filled and submitted online at www.entry.ghanamusicawards.com.

Completed hand-filled forms with copies of music works and promotional images should all be submitted to the offices of Charterhouse Productions Limited located at B824/10 Feo Eyeo Street, Industrial Area Accra, near TV Africa, not later than 31st January 2019 when all nominations officially close.

Soft copies of works and images can also be sent via mail to entry@ghanamusicawards.com.

Please note that only works released between 1st January 2019- 31st December 2019 can be entered.

Iona Reine Drops Bombshell As She Subtly Confirms Dating Mzbel – Video

Iona Reine, the failing Ghanaian musician who was moving all over the place with Mzbel sometime back until they fell out, appears to have confirmed rumours that their relationship was more than just a mother-god daughter relationship.

Iona, in an IG Live session, says that Mzbel ‘broke her heart’ whilst looking like someone on the verge of tears.

The singer claims that her heart has only been broken twice in her life – once by a former lover and once by Mzbel, placing Mzbel’s broken heart into a romantic category.

The two have been constantly accused of being lesbians throughout their relationship but they both denied.

However, Iona carelessly appears to confirm it in this video.

44 Year Old Bola Ray Becomes US$60,000 Richer

C.E.O of EIB Network, Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi was taken by surprise when Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy gifted him a whopping US$60,000 as a birthday gift on March 1, 2021.

The two dancehall artistes stormed the studios of StarFM to join many others who took time off work to celebrate Bola Ray on his special day.

To them, his contributions have brought a huge impact on the Ghana music industry which cannot be overlooked.

“Chairman you’re the one holding the Ghanaian music industry down. You’ve done so much for us and we appreciate,” Stonebwoy said.

Ghanaian business mogul, Nana Bediako Cheddar who was also present in the studio also topped up with an additional US$30,000 as a gift to the broadcaster.
