Apologise Within 72 Hours OR Face Campaign Ban From Akyem Land – Concern Citizens Of Akyem To John Mahama

The concerned citizens of Akyem have called on elders of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to advise the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama to retract and apologize to Akyems for the “Akyem Sakawa Boys” tag and also pledge not to make such derogatory comments in future.

According to the group ,the National Democratic Congress (NDC)faces a campaign ban on the Akyem land if John Mahama refuses to apologise for the “Akyem Sakawa” Tag comments.

Statement From The Group:

“We the Concerned Citizens of Akyem call on the elders of the NDC to advice Mr. Mahama to apologise unconditionally to the entire Citizens of the three Akyem States within 72 hours and pledge not to make such derogatory statements in the future. Failure to comply will cause all Akyems to prevent Mr. Mahama and the NDC from campaigning in any of the three Akyem States.”

The demonstrators, all clad in red and black attire, wielded placards with inscriptions such as “Progressive Dialogue not insults.”

Former President John Mahama has refused to apologize and has even chastised President Akuffo-Addo as the biggest culprit of engaging in politics of name-calling such as “Naysayers” and “Political Jeremiah’s” which are directed towards his opponent.

Alleged Western Togoland Separatists Attacks & Burns STC Buses In Ho – Everything We Know

Report currently gathered by our outfit indicates that some people purported to be members of the Western Togoland Separatists have caused a massive pandemonium at the STC Bus station in Ho. According to a young journalist identified as Lambert Coffie Atsivor, these alleged group of Separatists took the law into their own hands and made a massive destruction at the bus terminal.

According to the report, they also lynched some drivers who were spending the night at the terminal and guess what, they went as far as setting fire into some vehicles parked at the station. The incident is reported to have happened in the early hours of today, September 29, 2020.

Ghanaians React To Video of Mahama Captured Sharing Money on His Campaign Tour In Berekum

The former President of Ghana who doubles as the Presidential aspirant on the ticket of the opposition National Democratic Congress, John Mahama has resumed his campaign tour to the Bono region after pausing due to issues with the voter’s register.

In a video monitored online, John Mahama was seen surrounded by a large croud when he stormed Brekum in the Bono region.

Well what has caught the eyes of many Ghanaians on social media was when the former President started giving out something to supporters believed to be money.

Some Ghanaians on social media have jumped to the conclusion that the former President has started using money to influence people into voting for him.

While some blast him for his action, some say its the norm of the day and every politician is guilty of it.
