Ghanaians won’t vote for you because of Free SHS – Kwesi Pratt tells Akufo Addo

Published

The truth is, NPP and Akufo Addo strong campaign message has been centred on the free senior high school education policy for obvious reasons.

And you can’t blame them as their one district one factory policy has turned beans – I can’t locate any factor in my district.

It’s at the back of this that ace journalist, Kwesi Pratt has advised the NPP not to bank all its electoral fortunes on the flagship Free SHS program.

He said that shouldn’t be the only trump card as election 2020 fast approaches on December 7.

Mr. Pratt made reference to the CPP in 2000 who didn’t have any relevant say in the outcome of the election despite introducing the free education policy.

Even Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah was overthrown despite being a strong advocate for free education said Kwesi Pratt.

To him, the suitability of a candidate to the voters is a major determinant in election outcomes and not who implemented free education or not.

He spoke on Peace FM’s Kokrookoo Show with Kwame Sefa Kayi on Tuesday, November 25, 2020.
